Job Description: Client Success & Account Manager

This role involves being our company's main point of contact with our vacation rental management clients (Property Managers & Owners). As an Angel Host Client Success & Account Manager, you'll leverage your knowledge of the short-term rental industry and provide outstanding service to ensure our clients stay and expand their portfolio of properties.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish strong work relationships with Property Managers and Owners
  • Solve day-to-day problems with a patient yet firm consultative approach
  • Help clients reach their business goals and ensure their portfolio is performing well
  • Produce client reports and audits that showcase the value we bring to them
  • Understand financial reports and be ready to answer any questions clients might have about them
  • Stay up-to-date on key performance indicators such as Booking Revenue, Occupancy Rate, Average Daily Rate, and Booking Velocity
  • Collaborate with the Guest Services Team to improve the guest experience and find ways to enhance SOPs
  • Develop referral opportunities from satisfied clients
  • Support clients in growing their portfolio and integrating new properties with Angel Host
  • Lead the onboarding process for new clients
  • Adjust, suggest, and implement SOPs to improve working relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Closely collaborate with the Listing Optimization Team to monitor listing performance and ranking in OTAs
  • Troubleshoot operational issues related to listing optimization, channel distribution, property management software, rates management, calendar availability, double bookings, and OTAs

Your Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Account Management or a similar Client-Facing position
  • At least 3 years of experience in Vacation Rental Management
  • English as your mother tongue, ideally bilingual in Spanish
  • Strong confidence and interpersonal skills to build trust and communicate empathy
  • Comfortable with numbers and defending pricing recommendations
  • Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Strong initiative and willingness to take ownership of responsibilities
