We're seeking an experienced Associate Operations Analyst to join our team and contribute to the success of our organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing contracts and associated client entitlements within Salesforce, as well as CPQ subscriptions
- Processing closed contracts/Opportunities through the booked-verification process
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to address miscellaneous requests and drive process improvements
Additional projects and initiatives may be assigned to support ongoing Sales Operations activities.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, with minimum 2-3 years of experience in Sales/Business Operations/Contract Management
- English language proficiency, with Spanish skills a plus
- Experience working in a SaaS or enterprise software environment, preferably with knowledge of Apptus CPQ/CLM
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and teamwork abilities
