Job Overview:

Bma Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Leadership Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing long-term sales strategies, and overseeing the development of our sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute annual business plans in collaboration with our General Manager and corporate stakeholders.
  • Assign quarterly sales goals by territory and communicate job responsibilities to staff.
  • Presents quarterly business plans at team level and manages 100% attainment of Sales KPIs, Marketing Budget, and corporate special goals.
  • Maintains excellent customer and vendor relationships and interfaces with TM's and departmental Director to ensure cross-corporate teamwork.
  • Oversees strategic projects for division growth and provides sales with the tools needed, such as slippage reports, new Customers reports, leads, customer focuses, account activation reports, business contribution reports per rep, pipeline reports, and the process to utilize them.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of relevant work experience and 5-8 years of experience directly managing/supervising employees.
  • Master's/Postgraduate Degree with Business/International Business/Marketing Field of Study preferred or Bachelor's Degree with Sales/Marketing/Business field of study required.
  • Sales Training/Certifications; Sandler Training; Salesforce training; MS Office apps advanced training.
