Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of operations analysts providing operational, analytical, and administrative support to a global organization.
- Participate in initiatives across the WW operations group and be an active participant on this team.
- Collaborate on the design, development, maintenance, and delivery of forecasting models, metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards to drive key business decisions.
- Contribute to annual goals setting, budget management, and ongoing forecasting processes.
- Develop routine and ad-hoc analytic reports regarding business initiatives, customer segment performance, and performance against goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Extensive experience in leadership roles in Finance, Operations, Support, Business Development, or other related fields.
- Strong business-process design experience and sound business judgment.
- Ability to develop new ideas and creative solutions, operate successfully in a lean, fast-paced organization, and create a vision that can scale quickly.
- Motivated self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills.
