Sales Operations Process Improvement Specialist

The Commercial Operations Process team at Moody's is focused on driving improvement to Commercial Group processes based on Lean Six Sigma and Agile methodologies. We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations professional to join our team and contribute to the successful implementation of specific initiatives.
As a key member of the team, you will work closely across departments in the global Commercial Group and with downstream functions to simplify and improve processes and enhance controls. Your primary responsibility will be to support data analysis, process improvement, and control effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the analysis and improvement of Commercial Group processes
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
* Analyze data and metrics to measure process performance and identify areas for optimization
* Develop and maintain process documentation and dashboards to facilitate communication and decision-making
* Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, particularly in the Sales organization
* Participate in and support the coordination of activities and ad hoc projects
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or engineering background
* 3-5 years of working experience with a proven background in Project Management, Process Management or Sales Operations
* B2 or higher English language proficiency
* Analytical problem-solving capabilities
* Experienced in problem solving through process reviews and data analysis
* Curious, resourceful, thinks critically, fully explores problems and/or opportunities and proactively provides recommendations and solutions backed by data
* Exercises sound judgment and can articulate their own views
* Results oriented and focuses on results, bringing issues to a timely closure
* Able to prioritize and complete work tasks efficiently and optimally
