About the Job
As a Sales Enablement Process Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing process improvements for the merchant lifecycle. This involves leveraging data analysis and strategic planning skills to drive business outcomes and improve financial performance.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement process improvements for the merchant lifecycle, utilizing data analysis and strategic planning skills
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead projects and initiatives that promote merchant growth and success
- Design and implement data-driven solutions to support business decisions
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication

Your Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or a related field
- Data-Driven Mentality: Make informed decisions based on data analysis and interpretation
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present data to various audiences
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks, and delivering results under pressure
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets
- Project management experience and certification preferred
