Job Role:

This role is part of our Global Sales Excellence team, which acts as a global center of excellence managing programs and platforms that help our sales people work more efficiently and sell more.

Your primary responsibility will be to support sales enablement programs with a focus on platform administration, regional stakeholder engagement, and user adoption.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective administration and governance of our sales enablement platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the sales enablement platform, including user management, content data quality, and reporting.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the user experience and drive adoption.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems and processes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders, responding to requests and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to continuously improve our platform and services.
