About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Proposal Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing sales proposals, presentations, demos, and other collateral elements used in pursuit of new business.

You will work closely with our Sales Team and collaborate with their Solutioning counterparts to support the development of sales proposals. Your responsibilities will include reviewing requests for proposals (RFxs); contributing to pursuit strategy, win themes, and value proposition; developing the proposal plan and outline; scheduling meetings and touchpoints; reviewing proposal drafts and final versions for responsiveness to RFx, thoroughness, accuracy, quality, and effective design and layout.

The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication, research, and time management skills, and the ability to distill and synthesize complex information into cohesive, accurate, and succinct writing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and respond to RFx requirements to ensure timely submission of high-quality pursuit documents
  • Contribute to proactive pursuit development and responses, working closely with the Sales Team and Solutioning counterparts
  • Lead a virtual pursuit team in the project management of all areas required to complete the response on time and according to the identified win themes
