We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Global Business Partner Coordinator. This role involves working closely with business partners and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide support and guidance.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of E2E compensation plans, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team.
The key qualifications for this role are:
- A degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in Sales Operations or Business Operations
- Excellent English language proficiency (speaking and writing)
- Strong analytical skills, information management skills, and intermediate-level MS Excel skills
In addition, desirable skills and experience include:
- Sales Force experience
- SAP BOBJ experience
- Support for monthly reconciliation and approval of Compensation calculations/payments
- Knowledge or experience with process improvement models
