Customer Support Agent

Fist Bump is a hospitality business that acquires, renovates, and manages rental properties in Austin, TX. We offer short-term vacation rentals, medium-term corporate housing, and traditional long-term leases.
As a Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for making customers happy and helping keep the business running smoothly. You'll spend half of your time on customer success and half on general business support.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Reading and responding to guest inquiries in a timely manner
- Handing reservation modifications and rate negotiations
- Resolving guest issues in coordination with our cleaning and maintenance crews
- Managing our cleaning and maintenance schedules
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A stable internet connection and a quiet work environment suitable for VoIP conversations
- A computer that works well and you're very comfortable using it for business purposes
- A smart phone running Android or iOS (not required)
We're open to part-time and full-time work, and can create flexible shifts that work for your schedule.
