Job Description

The Customer Service Team Manager will oversee the delivery of high-quality customer services. Key responsibilities include supervising customer service programs, ensuring compliance with established customer service principles, and managing professional and support-level employees within specific disciplines in Customer Service.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university/college
  • Minimum 7-10 years of relevant working experience
  • Minimum 3 years in leadership positions
