About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at 3M. As a key member of our Customer Service Organization, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary liaison with 3M customers, providing timely and accurate service processing.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with 3M personnel, either by telephone or written correspondence.
  • Educate and inform customers on various processes and direct them to appropriate resources.
  • Manage customer orders from entry to delivery, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality service.
Requirements
  • A comprehensive understanding of business processes and procedures, with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse levels of business partners, team members, and leadership.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a focus on meeting multiple deadlines and targets.
  • The ability to handle sensitive/confidential data and maintain confidentiality.
