About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Sample Center LATAM Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling internal customer transactions, managing sample orders, and servicing customer accounts.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Acting as the primary liaison with internal customers
- Communicating clearly and professionally with customers or suppliers
- Educating and informing internal customers about various processes and directing them to appropriate resources
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues efficiently
- Maintaining accurate records and reports using service measurement systems
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to continuous improvement efforts
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution
- Minimum one year of combined experience in customer service and/or sales in a private, public, government, or military environment
- English proficiency: 80% written and spoken
- Salesforce system experience is preferred
- Strong customer service competencies, including active listening, conflict resolution, and teamwork skills
