Job Overview
The Sales Support Representative role is a dynamic opportunity to provide exceptional customer service and support to internal customers. As a key member of the Redeems team, you will be responsible for handling varied internal customer transactions, including inbound calls, customer order entry, and servicing customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison with internal customers, providing clear and professional communication via telephone and written correspondence.
- Educate and inform internal customers on various processes and direct them to appropriate resources.
- Have knowledge and understanding of current processing systems, providing service to both internal and external customers.
- Handle internal and external customer inquiries, claims, and complaints, interpreting policies and regulations, investigating problems, and communicating with other departments and providers to research and resolve issues.
- Practice first call resolution with internal and external customers, improving customer satisfaction by identifying patterns of problems and barriers to solutions.
- Participate in and maintain a quality service culture, participating in or leading department initiatives and sharing knowledge with colleagues.
- Responsible for completing assigned tasks within SLA targets, generating and providing simple reports and analytics directly related to the function.
- May include training and development skills for new hires, acting according to 3M regulation and policies.
