The Distribution Admin Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the operations team at United Parcel Service. This position involves performing general administrative tasks, such as data entry, document auditing, and phone answering, while also handling small-scale projects.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, document auditing, and phone answering
  2. Handle small-scale projects, which may involve dealing with confidential material
  3. Utilize Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook) for report preparation and other tasks

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess proficiency in English, working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, excellent time management and multitasking skills, and experience in customer service. Portuguese language skills are highly desirable.

Work Environment
This position offers a permanent opportunity with a graveyard shift schedule from 12 am to 6 am, based on-site.
