Customer Service and Sales Support Representative

At TransUnion, we're looking for a highly skilled Customer Service and Sales Support Representative to join our team.
We offer an estimated annual salary of $62,500, depending on location and experience.
The role is responsible for managing various touch points of the customer experience life cycle, from leads to onboarding and servicing established customers.
You will interact and act as a liaison between internal departments and external parties to provide customers with products and services they request, including solution-related questions and problems.
This position involves reviewing and processing high revenue customer requests in Salesforce, gathering information from existing or new customers interested in TransUnion products or services, and ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of customer requests and inquiries.
Key responsibilities include providing prompt resolution to inquiries, verifying information/documentation received from customers, performing actions such as basic accounting related to invoice inquiries and billing adjustments, and special projects as needed.
To succeed in this role, you'll need a high school diploma, a minimum of twelve months previous work experience in a service and support role, ability to multitask and work independently in a rapidly changing environment, good listening and communication skills, analytical skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Office Products.
