We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Voice/Chat Agent to join our team in a remote work-from-home position. This is an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional customer service to our consumers while working independently with a strong sense of duty.

The ideal candidate will have a high level of formal schooling, at least 1 year of customer service experience in a contact center environment, and excellent Spanish verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with a good command of English.

As a Bilingual Voice/Chat Agent, you will be responsible for answering inbound phone calls and/or chats relating to TransUnion products and services. You will support both customers and consumers who use the TransUnion services, providing them with accurate and efficient solutions to their queries.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Resolving consumer queries with willingness, appropriate tone, and language within acceptable time frames per company policies and procedures;
  • Providing an exceptional customer experience by anticipating their needs and proactively championing and resolving their issues;
  • Accurately and efficiently capturing all customer/consumer details and data relevant to the call;
  • Maintaining a solid understanding of US credit/financial principles;
  • Adhering to established company processes and procedures when responding to support phone calls;

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
