About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Associate to join our team at TransUnion. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient manner.
- Provide product information and guidance to customers to ensure they have a positive experience.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
