At TransUnion, we're seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Voice/Chat Representative to join our team in a remote position. As a key member of our Consumer Operations Support department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our consumers via phone and chat.
**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a talented individual who can effectively communicate with customers in both English and Spanish. Your primary responsibilities will include answering inbound calls and chats, resolving consumer inquiries, and providing information about TransUnion's products and services.
**Requirements:**
- 1 year of customer service experience in a contact center environment
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Strong listening skills and ability to handle irate customers
- Ability to work remotely and independently
- Self-starter with strong initiative and decision-making skills
- Demonstrate attention to detail and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
**Estimated Salary Range:** $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience
