Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding our products and services.
- Use problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions.
- Meet or exceed performance targets, including first call resolution rate, customer satisfaction, and average handle time.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes.
- Competitive salary: CRC 530,000 + Bonus 50,000
