**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Equifax. The ideal candidate will provide Level 1 and Level 2 end-user software and hardware support, documenting requests, incidents, and user queries.

**Key Responsibilities**:

  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve level one issues in computer hardware and software in mainframe systems such as laptops and PCs.
  • Install and upgrade hardware and software, providing complete assistance while configuring hardware, software, and peripherals of the end-user systems.
  • Provide one-on-one assistance to end-users regarding technical flaws, either by phone, mail, or in person.
  • Resolve network-related issues like local area connection problems, network access, mails, internet, dial-ins, etc.
  • Assist in the installation of other peripherals like printers, scanners, etc., cabling systems like local area network cables, network interface cards, wired switches, etc.

**Requirements**:

  • High School Diploma / Technical High School Graduate.
  • Fluent in English skills both oral and written (B2 / C1).
  • Technical Support Technician certification or similar.
