Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team in providing exceptional support to internal employees and contractors. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving system-related issues impacting multiple users and Contact Center tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective support to internal employees and contractors via phone, email, or chat
- Investigate and resolve technical issues efficiently, escalating complex problems to senior teams as needed
- Analyze reported issues to correlate with known incidents, utilizing Runbooks and system knowledge to provide first-call resolution whenever possible
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Advanced spoken and written English language skills (B2+ / C1 level)
- At least one year of proven experience in Technical Support
- Familiarity with ticket management systems and customer service principles
Desirable Skills
Proficiency in:
- ServiceNow
- SalesForce
- Confluence
- Genesys Call System
- Avaya Cal System
- Google Chat/Hangout or Slack, or similar group chat technology
- PagerDuty - Support Engagement and Alerting tool
