This is a full-time position that requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers.


**Responsibilities**

- Provide customer service via phone, email, and chat.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding product pricing, availability, and delivery.
- Assist customers with order placement and management.
- Research and resolve customer complaints regarding shipping issues.
- Provide inside sales support for pricing and availability.


**Requirements**

- 1-3 years of customer service experience
- B1 English level
- Successful or above performance
- Demonstrated systems and process knowledge
- Excellent customer support skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- High sense of urgency and comprehension skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and deliver accurate outputs.
