About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Sales and Service Professional to join our team. As a Sales and Service Professional, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through sales and service excellence.

Your primary responsibility will be to identify new sales opportunities and close deals through consultative selling skills. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike. You should also be proficient in English and French, with 100% proficiency required for this position.

In addition to your technical skills, you should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as at least one year of outbound Telesales experience. A college degree in Business or Marketing is preferred, but not required.
