Customer Service Expert

As a Customer Service Expert - Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and customer satisfaction in our Local Ticket Office (CTO) in Costa Rica.
You will work closely with our Sales Department team, travel agencies, corporate clients, and internal departments to achieve established sales and ancillary goals.
**Job responsibilities:**
Sales and Marketing:
- Prospect and qualify new direct customers for the CTO through frequent telemarketing campaigns, cold calls, and sales calls
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase sales and customer satisfaction
Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service to customers visiting our CTO and via phone (if applicable)
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Operations:
- Issue/reissue domestic and international tickets for travel on United Airlines and other airline partners
- Comply with United Airlines Internal Audit guidelines, policies, and procedures
**Required skills and qualifications:**
- High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
- Sales, analytical, customer service, and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and flexibility with working shifts; showing willingness to perform new assignments
- 2+ years previous sales experience
- Excellent Technology usage skills
- Demonstrate to be an excellent problem solver
- This position requires a pro-active team player with a positive attitude, high level of multitasking, prospecting, and telemarketing skills
- Must be legally authorized to work in Costa Rica for any employer without sponsorship
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
- Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
