We're looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and taking the initiative to guide guests through their stay.
As a Guest Experience Expert, you will be empowered to move around the property and do what needs to be done to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for our guests.
You will process operational needs, address guest requests, complete reports, and share the highlights of the local area.
In this role, you will be on your feet and moving around (stand, sit, or walk for an extended time) and taking a hands-on approach to work (move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance).
To succeed in this role, you must be able to create a safe work environment, follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, uphold quality standards, and ensure your uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional.
