We are looking for a skilled Service Desk Professional to provide excellent customer service and support to our clients. If you have a passion for helping others and are proficient in English, we encourage you to apply.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 8 months of experience in the call center industry, and advanced English language skills. You will be working in a dynamic environment, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals.

About the Role:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to resolve customer complaints and achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services.
