Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including resolutions and follow-up activities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall service quality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or related field.
- Previous experience in a help desk or customer service role, preferably in the IT sector.
- Familiarity with Windows Operating System, MS Office, and other industry-standard tools.
