Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat, responding to technical queries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Analyze technical problems and implement solutions using standard operating procedures and troubleshooting guides.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including resolutions and follow-up activities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall service quality.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or related field.
  • Previous experience in a help desk or customer service role, preferably in the IT sector.
  • Familiarity with Windows Operating System, MS Office, and other industry-standard tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet performance metrics.
