As a Service Desk Technical Analyst at Emerson, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and infrastructure. Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical assistance and support to our users.

Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Create Active Directory accounts and mailboxes using EPIC Tool.">
  • Assist the Project Lead in completing Oracle Projects on time.">
  • Coordinate with Responsibility Owners to gather required approvals.">
  • Communicate with users and managers to follow up on necessary documents.">
  • Answer basic inquiries from customers related to user accounts.">
  • Communicate business requirements or policies for system access to users.">
  • Notify callers of request completion and log-in credentials.">
  • Utilize Service Now Management to complete requests.">

Key Qualifications

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering/Information Technology or related field.">
  • Previous IT Service Desk experience (Tier 1, Tier 2).">
  • Experience in IT Account Management - Service Desk specific knowledge & skills.">
  • Demonstrated basic knowledge and experience with Windows Operating System (Microsoft Active Directory), MS Office Products (Office 365), Oracle Applications, JD Edwards, AS400, SQL, and Service Now.">
