**Job Description**
As a Help Desk Analyst - Global Support at Emerson, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to users across various locations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of IT services and support.
**Responsibilities**
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT-related issues.
- Manage Active Directory accounts and mailboxes using EPIC Tool.
- Collaborate with Project Leads to ensure successful project execution.
- Communicate with users and managers to ensure effective issue resolution.
- Analyze and resolve technical problems efficiently.
**Requirements**
- Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in IT Service Desk or equivalent role.
- Basic understanding of IT account management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
**Preferred Qualifications**
Knowledge of Oracle Applications, JD Edwards, AS400, SQL, and Service Now.
