**Job Description**

As a Help Desk Technician at It Link Now, LLC, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients. This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring IT equipment, and collaborating with other team members to resolve complex technical problems.

**Responsibilities:**

  1. Respond to client inquiries and provide timely resolutions to technical issues.
  2. Configure and troubleshoot network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
  3. Install and configure software applications and operating systems.
  4. Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as updating software and firmware.
  5. Document all service activities and communicate with clients as needed.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support, preferably in an MSP environment.
  • CompTIA A+ certification and/or other relevant certifications.
  • Proficient in Windows operating systems, hardware, and networking.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
