Job Description

The Technical Support Specialist - VOD Operations will be responsible for investigating and resolving cases/tickets concerning VOD assets on customer platforms. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and provide resolution for cases/tickets concerning VOD assets on customer platforms
  • Offer solutions and fixes for issues within the scope of the VOD Service Desk Team
  • Communicate and handle escalated issues, working closely with customers and cross-functional teams to resolve VOD-related issues
  • Maintain active awareness of multiple simultaneous case tickets with meticulous attention to detail
  • Escalate and communicate issues in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (minimum)
  • 1 year of professional experience
  • Worked in a live operations/time-sensitive environment, such as a call center, help desk, or network operations

Required Skills:

  • Ability to type 25+ WPM with high accuracy
  • Will to work weekends and late evening shifts

Salary: ¢600,000.00 - ¢700,000.00 per month
