At Microsoft, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced High-Performance Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and have a passion for delivering exceptional technical support to customers.
About the Role:
- We're looking for someone with at least 5+ years of experience in technical support, technical consulting, or information technology. If you have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, that's a plus
- You'll be working closely with our development teams to drive incident resolution for configuration, code, or other service deficiencies impacting customers.
- We're also looking for expertise in SQL Server Data Warehouse/Azure Synapse, ETL tools, and cloud-based databases.
- Your responsibilities will include performing complex product troubleshooting and remediation, collaborating on cross-team and cross-product technical issues, and contributing to the development of automation techniques and diagnostic tools.
