**Hybrid Position: Homeoffice 3 days/week**

**RESPONSIBILITIES:**

Resolve trade delinquencies to maximize cash flow for H.B. Fuller. This involves maintaining customer master files for order processing and accounts receivable, coordinating with the collections team to obtain payment information from customers in Mexico, Central America, Colombia, Chile, Brazil, Argentina, Australia, and New Zealand, reviewing credit memos issued and resolving issues within established guidelines, and setting up new customer master files for order processing and accounts receivable.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Resolve trade delinquencies to maximize cash flow for H.B. Fuller.

• Maintain customer master files for order processing and accounts receivable.

• Coordinate with the collections team to obtain payment information from customers in Mexico, Central America, Colombia, Chile, Brazil, Argentina, Australia, and New Zealand.

• Review credit memos issued and resolve issues within established guidelines.

• Set up new customer master files for order processing and accounts receivable.

**Customer Risk Assessment:**

Assess customer credit condition based on experience, sales input, agency reports, and financial/bank status. Assign risk ratings and establish credit limits within authority level or recommend limits that exceed authority. Collaborate with sales and customers to mitigate marginal risk situations and escalate to Manager when appropriate. Timing of risk assessments are within established service agreements.

**REQUIREMENTS:**

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting. Fluent in English. Portuguese is a plus. SAP, TOTVS or JD Edwards A/R System experience. Proven experience as a Credit Analyst or in a similar role. Experience in Collections is a plus. H.B.
