Facilities Operations Manager

Job Overview:
As a Facilities Team Lead at JLL, you will be responsible for leading a team of 10-12 members, ensuring prioritization and urgent payment requests are handled promptly, and maintaining adherence to turnaround time and accuracy of activities undertaken. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, nurture good relationships, and positively influence tasks completion by team members and site teams alike. Additionally, you will work as an escalation point for the team, highlighting challenges, and assisting in meeting process KPIs. You will also work with other Leaders to create a culture of collaboration, proactively raise issues regarding client/team concerns, undertake monthly and annual performance reviews, and continuously strive to upskill the team from industry, domain, and soft skills perspectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in administration or in an area related to excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience: 1 to 3 years leading teams.
Skills:
• Ability to multi-task, work effectively under pressure, prioritize, and manage workload for the team while meeting client needs.
• Engage and communicate clearly, confidently, and in a concise manner with internal and external stakeholders and see things from their perspective with a solution-oriented approach.
• Understand training needs. Ability to conduct training across a varied set of teams.
• Able to drive the productivity of assigned team members.
• Demonstrate consistency in values, principles, and work ethics, must be able to inspire and lead a team.
• Willingness to take on new challenges, responsibilities, and assignments.
• Understanding of and commitment to client services, maintaining the confidentiality of client data.
• Desire to work within a diverse, collaborative, and driven professional environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work overtime when required.
• Ability to conduct difficult conversations and demonstrate transparency and fairness.
Language: Fluent in English.
