**Amentum** is seeking a highly skilled and organized Facilities Operations Assistant to support the soft services department. The ideal candidate will have a high level of customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure to solve problems and provide solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assist with general cleaning processes and services.
  • Support pest control procedures, including supplier escorting.
  • Assist with waste management, including supplier escorting and reporting.
  • Support soft services suppliers, including escorting, reporting, and auditing.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as work orders, supplier site access, quotations, PO coordination, and database updates.
  • Coordinate vendor calendar execution and support vendors with trainings as required.

**Requirements**:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with related experience in customer service and facilities management.
  • Knowledge of CMMS systems and software, including Power BI and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and interact with clients in a professional and friendly manner.

**Special Requirements**:

  • Leadership skills, including training, presentations, and teambuilding.
  • Project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of management and interact with a diverse customer base.
