Amentum is looking for a skilled professional to support the soft services department in various processes, reports, and audits.


The ideal candidate will have a high level of customer service, communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.



Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with custodial general cleaning processes and services.
  • Support pest control processes, procedures, and supplier escorting.
  • Assist with waste management supplier escorting and reports.
  • Support general soft services suppliers escorting, reports, and audits.
  • Assist with administrative processes such as work orders, quotations, and PO coordination.
  • Support vendors with trainings and provide solutions to operational issues.


Requirements

  • High School Diploma or demonstrated equivalent experience with customer services and facilities management.
  • Business Administration technician, diploma, or degree, or Maintenance, Civil, Industrial engineer student.
  • CCMS Software knowledge and demonstrated experience.
  • Power BI and Excel Software knowledge or similar database application.
  • At least 1 year of experience in facilities field.
  • B1/B2+ English title or demonstrated experience.
  • Microsoft Office Package knowledge and demonstrated experience.
  • Soft Skills such as competitive, results-oriented, organized, problem-solving, customer service-oriented, and great communication skills.


Working Environment

The successful candidate will be required to interact with all clients in a professional and friendly manner, wear steel toe safety shoes, safety glasses, gloves, and other Personal Protective Equipment as needed.
