Amentum is seeking a skilled Facilities Operations Supervisor to oversee the management of soft services executed by third-party suppliers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the soft services department, ensuring effective delivery of services and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities include:

  1. General management of the soft services department.
  2. Coordination and execution of clean room audits with SBM, CS Intel, and MFG.
  3. Execution of daily custodial cleaning walks, biweekly landscaping walks, and weekly walks in mechanical and HVAC rooms.
  4. Coordination and execution of minor maintenance of cafeteria screens and common areas.
  5. Coordination and execution of biweekly fumigations in the cafeteria, sprung, rodi, offices, DHL, LTR, and perimeter areas.
  6. Coordination and execution of minor maintenance of interlocuters and other pest control equipment.
  7. Preparation and presentation of weekly meetings with CS System Owner, EHS System Owner, and GWO's.
  8. Development of AAR's, registration, and update of ILM system.
  9. Control of waste programs, including monitoring and compliance with daily and weekly collection schedules.
  10. Feed the EHS Waste Management department database with reports, KPI's, and documentation.
  11. Validation and update of EHS waste management government and municipal permits.
  12. Weekly inspections at all collection centers, ensuring correct classification and management of waste.
  13. PTP support and review.
  14. General administrative support to the soft services department.
  15. Coordination of change and removal of waste containers.
  16. Creation and monitoring of work orders.
  17. Quotations, PO, invoicing follow-up, and suppliers' completion.
  18. Small projects management.
  19. MFG Laundry Shop Management.
  20. MFG Materials Handler Service management.

Requirements include:

  • High School Diploma or demonstrated equivalent and related experience with customer services and facilities suppliers' management.
  • Business Administration technician, diploma, degree, or Maintenance, Civil, Industrial engineer student.
  • CCMS Software knowledge and demonstrated experience.
  • Power BI and Excel Software knowledge or similar database app.
  • Applicants to this position may require at least 1 year of experience in facilities field.
  • C1+ English title or demonstrated experience.
  • Microsoft Office Package knowledge and demonstrated experience.
  • Soft skills such as competitive, results-oriented, organized, problem-solving, customer service-oriented, and great communication skills.

  • Leadership skills (training, presentations, & teambuilding) and project management.
  • Organizational skills with the leadership and interpersonal skills to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of management and interact with a diverse customer base including technical and non-technical personnel.
