Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager to join our team. This role will focus on post-sales activities, including customer onboarding, solution implementation, and technical guidance. As the main point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for addressing technical issues, coordinating projects, and driving adoption of our products.
Responsibilities:
- Develop in-depth understanding of client solutions to provide effective support and onboarding
- Serve as single point of contact for customers, engaging after sale completion to drive onboarding and adoption
- Work with Support team to resolve technical issues related to assigned customers
- Train customers to utilize our products effectively
- Partner with account team to convert customers into references and grow accounts
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as Technical Account Manager for enterprise SaaS, storage or networking solutions
- English Fluency Required: Effective spoken and written business communication skills
- Customer interaction & advocacy
- Superb ability to establish rapport with customers and represent their best interests
