About the Role:
We're looking for a customer-oriented Escalation Specialist to support our clients with exceptional customer service while managing high-severity issues. As a key member of our team, you'll be proactive in communicating with customers and ensuring a positive support experience at all levels of the support structure. In this role, you'll act as liaison between end-user customers and our client's representatives to ensure quality resolutions are achieved.
Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer service while resolving complex technical issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless issue resolution.
- Develop strong relationships with customers and stakeholders through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in tech support or escalation.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with excellent multi-tasking abilities.
