Job Purpose
This role involves overseeing and ensuring a consistent high level of service delivery of integrated facilities management (IFM) services to Microsoft. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing improvements in customer satisfaction, employee services, site operation expense, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain an IFM Continuous Improvement Team to determine a standard approach to continuous improvement.
- Provide adequate and direct supervision of Tier One Vendor management and staff, and implement an annual performance-based evaluation process.
- Lead the adoption of the "one team approach" inspiring the FM Team to deliver a seamless service to the client's occupants, which is efficient, responsive to change, and best value.
Commercial Requirements
This role requires preparing and submitting for approval an account management business plan including job descriptions, succession planning, and key goals for each year of the contract. It also involves working in partnership with RE&F to fully understand business objectives and defining projects, programs, client-facing activities, funding requirements, and change management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. MBA degree preferred.
- At least 10 years of experience in a similar role.
Desirable Skills
- Experience working in the technology industry.
- Strong relationship skills, influencing skills, and the ability to provide a practical and innovative FM service to senior managers in a client organization.
