Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support experiences, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive customer success.
Responsibilities
- Own and troubleshoot customer technical issues using collaboration, troubleshooting best practices, and transparency within and across teams.
- Identify cases requiring escalation and create incident management requests to product groups or engineering teams.
- Contribute to case deflection initiatives, automation, and digital self-help assets to improve customer and engineer experiences.
- Provide technical coaching, mentoring, and ramp activities to support team growth and development.
- Drive technical collaboration and engagement outside of CSS, including with product engineering teams, services, and regions.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Fluent English language skills, with excellent reading, writing, and speaking abilities.
- 3+ years of experience working with ETL systems, RDBMS, and SQL queries.
- A solid understanding of general networking principles, connectivity, and drivers.
- The ability to collect logs, traces, and analyze connectivity issues.
- Compliance with Microsoft's security screening requirements, including background checks.
