Emerson is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our Application and Technical Support team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our US customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via phone, email, or other communication channels.">
  • Respond to customer inquiries related to Emerson's products, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.">
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and efficient resolution of customer issues.">
  • Analyze and document customer feedback to improve product quality and performance.">

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as electronics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or computer science.">
  • 1-3 years of experience in technical support or a related field.">
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.">
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.">
  • Knowledge of Emerson's products and services is an asset.">

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.

">

This is a full-time position, working Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm EST.

Please note that US holidays may require additional coverage.
