About the Job

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our guests and colleagues. Your primary focus will be on ensuring seamless interactions with our clients, from initial contact to resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management: You will be responsible for accurately capturing and storing guest information in our database, utilizing your excellent communication skills to ensure all details are captured correctly.
  • Communication: As the first point of contact for many guests, you will provide warm and welcoming interactions, addressing any concerns or queries they may have in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Document Preparation: You will prepare various documents, including letters, memos, and reports, using industry-standard software to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Mail and Filing: You will handle incoming and outgoing mail, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely distribution of important documents.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: You must possess outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
  • Attention to Detail: You will be meticulous in your work, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of your role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in standard office software, including word processing, spreadsheet, and database management systems, is essential.
