Virtual Account Management Lead

The Virtual Account Management Lead will be responsible for managing and ensuring a first-class experience and results for 8-12 client accounts. You will oversee the daily operations of their sales teams, composed of 1-5 team members each. This role requires a strong awareness of the account's strategic direction, knowledge of clients' products and processes, and a keen understanding of sales techniques.
Your day-to-day tasks will include providing client satisfaction, overseeing sales agents, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources, mentoring them on strategy and sales techniques, and acting as an in-house leader at all times. You will also participate in strategic brainstorming sessions to increase sales and revenue, ensure strategic objectives are met with each client, and run quality assurance for sales agents.
