Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collecting documents from clients such as police reports, hospital bills, etc.
- SSorting client document folders
- Writing demand letters
- Managing entries in CRM Software
- Sending documents to insurance companies and health providers
- Filing liens
- Coordinating treatment plans with clients based on reported injuries
- Scheduling procedures or treatments based on coverage details
- Following up with clients and attorneys for written statements as required by insurance companies
- Submitting demands
- Drafting legal documents for paralegals
- Notifying attorneys of case preparation deadlines and timeframes
- Preparing case summaries and supporting documents
- Writing letters of representation
