Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pharmacy Representative to join our team in Costa Rica. As a Pharmacy Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our portfolio and services to customers, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and delivering high-quality customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote Novartis/Sandoz portfolio and services to customers by providing information and education that enables optimized patient outcomes
- Leverage all available data sources to create, dynamically prioritize and adapt relevant territory and customer engagement plans
- Maintain a deep and current knowledge of industry, TA, competitor and buyer dynamics and focuses effort on priority customer opportunities
