About the Position
We are seeking a seasoned Private Sector Specialist to join our team in Costa Rica. As a key player in our Institutional Business team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand existing relationships.
- Account Management: Manage and maintain strategic relationships with key customers, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Market Intelligence: Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and drive business outcomes.
- Event Execution: Plan and execute customer events and other programs to foster relationships and drive business outcomes.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, marketing, or related fields.
- Degree in Business or Healthcare Professional, MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding existing relationships.
