As a Sales Account Representative at Amazon Support Services Costa Rica Srl, you'll have the opportunity to build and manage your own book of business, leveraging solution-selling, traditional and digital prospecting tactics to drive growth and revenue.

Responsibilities will include prospecting, developing expert knowledge of features and products to create a personalized solution for each institution, and developing relationships with buying decision makers across various functional areas.

You'll be responsible for meeting or exceeding targets for customer acquisition and customer spend adoption, initiating prospecting and lead generation activities, and assisting customers with registration and account tours.

In addition, you'll educate and network with key prospect and customer contacts, relay market needs and requirements to internal Amazon teams, and drive customer satisfaction.

This is an inside sales role that requires a strong understanding of the features and benefits of Amazon Business, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
