**Responsibilities:**

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Source and identify top talent using various resources, including job boards and social media platforms
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in technical recruitment

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • At least 2 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in a digital agency or technology consulting firm
  • Proven track record of identifying and hiring top talent in a competitive market
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and technologies, including ATS platforms and social media recruiting
  • Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or a related field is preferred
